iPod Video fullscreen?

MacShrine is showing this potential new iPod Video fullscreen model. The form factor is awesome, but this is clearly a fake because of the off-centered, nonstandard looking dock connector, and the fact that the bar code sticker is actually for Mac OS X Server, of all things, according to a blog poster. Still interesting!

UPDATE (3/24) - looks like we’ve got another photo from MacShrine today. I don’t know what to make of this one. It’s almost too obvious to be true.

So what do I think Apple will unveil on February 28th?

So what do I think Apple will unveil on February 28th? Here’s my predictions, ranked according to what I think is most likely (1 being most likely, or we could see a combination of these, or none, who knows?)

  1. New iPod with large full screen, touchscreen controls as we’ve seen in the Gestures Patent sketches.
  2. MacBook Mini - a name will take the place of iPod line, will feature Gestures interface, no keyboard or trackpad, optional stylus. As a side note - for weeks, MacBookMini.com took you directly to the Apple Store page for MacBooks. Coincidence?
  3. iTunes Movie Store - Are we ready for some serious bandwidth hogging?

No matter what they do, it’s definitely safe to assume that we’re going to see the rest of what was planned for the last Stevenote (and then some?)

And here’s my predictions for April 1st:

  1. Apple 30th anniversary black iMac - will come in black like the iPod lineup. Possibly some other new special features.
  2. Apple 30th anniversary anodized black MacBooks - Similar to above. That would be totally shweeet…
