Tripside

Task: Create an exciting, dynamic Flash-driven website to market the band to fans and labels.

Tripside is a (sadly, now defunct) band from New York with a unique sound that combines the raw aggression of punk with melodicism and musicianship of a maturity far beyond the years of its members. Their goal was the simple universal dream of most young bands: world domination.

To assist Tripside on their quest, I built a Flash site that focused on the band’s music and image. More tech-savvy than most bands, they expressed the desire to update their own content, so I set up an XML feed and they were ready to go. The site (and band) earned a lot of praise from fans and label execs alike, but sadly, Tripside eventually split up.
